A contestant on a Icelandic quiz show has gone berserk after failing to get a question right, trashing the set and throwing a glass of water at a teammate.
The show, called Gettu Betur (Make a Better Guess), pits two teams from opposing universities against one another.
The spectacled contestant named Jon Jorundur blew his top after the team from Fjölbrautaskólinn við Ármúla answered the final question to beat the team from Tækniskólinn.
Host of the program, Kristjana Arnarsdóttir, tried to soldier on as the sound of things being smashed backstage could be heard by the other contestants and the audience.
It’s not been reported if Jorundur has been disciplined for his outburst.
