Craig Reucassel To Dissect Political & Social Issues With An All-Star Panel At VIVID

Celebrating its 12th year, Vivid Sydney is back from 27 May – 18 June 2022, fusing art, innovation and technology in collaboration with some of the most boundary-pushing artists, thinkers and musicians of our time.

As part of Vivid Sydney’s Ideas program, Woven Threads, known for its animated series’ on mental health and refugees, has been selected to host its panel “A Fresh Perspective: Tackling Issues with Creativity” which will showcase how unique content can be delivered to transform and amplify social and political conversations.

Highly acclaimed for his hosting role in raising awareness around climate change (Fight for Planet A and Big Weather), Craig Reucassel will lead the highly interactive panel to discuss how creativity can be used as a powerful voice to achieve maximum awareness on topics such as indigenous culture, mental health, community and justice services, and refugees.

“Following a difficult two years, Vivid Ideas will be a great opportunity to put all topics on the table for discussion. We have missed connection and interactivity, so this panel in particular, will provide the audience with a voice to challenge how we can drive real change in society today,” said Reucassel.
