Melbourne-based communications agency, Civic Reputation, has hired two new account managers off the back of an expanding client roster and strong business growth.
The latter half of 2017 saw the agency make some strategic hires to build on its design, content and digital maturation offering to meet its growing client demands; the additional hires further support the agencies direction and growth strategy.
The two new appointments include account manager Julie Ursel (pictured below), an integrated digital and content strategist who targets, captures and amplifies brand messaging to deliver high impact campaigns.
The second is Fiona Bauer (pictured below) who complements the team’s corporate communications practice, providing strong content and publishing capabilities that connect with key audience segments.
Civic Reputation director Chris Newman, said he was excited about the new additions to the expanding team; both bring a wealth of expertise and fresh perspectives.
“Whether it’s our corporate or consumer based clients, we are committed to being an agency partner capable of designing integrated, end-to-end strategies,” Newman said.
“Our two new hires further elevate our credentials to both potential and existing clients providing a one-stop shop for all their public relations and communications needs.”
“I am proud of the hard work and dedication of the team and what we have collectively achieved in the past 2.5 years.
“It’s important to me that we have the right people in place to bring diversity to the agency’s skill-set and deliver outstanding work for our clients.”
“Both Julie and Fiona bring professionalism, creativity, intelligence and fun to our agency. It’s our goal to build a team of people that want to challenge conventional PR thinking.”
Civic Reputation’s growing portfolio of clients includes a range of leading organisations across Australia’s defence, property, manufacturing, beauty and lifestyle sectors.
