Old Spice Unveils Spoof Ad That Is So Spoofy It May Actually Be Real

Men’s fragrance brand Old Spice is back with its latest campaign that, it must be said, is so odd even B&T’s not entirely sure what the hell’s going on.

The work of famed US agency Weiden+Kennedy, the 45-second spot is promoting the brand’s new shampoo-in-a-can called Dry Shampoo. Which is an actual thing, apparently.

But that’s not all. The campaign also enables users of said shampoo-in-a-can to be immortalised with their very own car hood ornament modelled in their likeness. We warned you it got weirder.

To win a bonnet-inspired miniature of yourself, participants need to post a headshot including the hashtag ‘#breathoffreshhair’ and tell Old Spice why they deserve to win a little hairy head to affix to their vehicle
