The summit will focus on the challenges, opportunities and changes that will move our society and economy forward.
Participants will discuss ways in which companies, institutions, government and individuals around the world can best position themselves for 2020 and beyond.
Sarah O’Carroll, editor-in-chief Yahoo Finance ANZ, and her U.S. counterpart, Andy Serwer, will moderate the event, hosting a wide variety of discussions on five key themes: global economic headwinds facing Australia, the future of work, interruption & transformation, consumer behaviour in a digital age, and the billion dollar opportunities we need to think about.
Launched in 2017, the All Markets Summit is Yahoo Finance’s first-ever conference franchise previously held exclusively in New York. Given the success in the U.S., the All Markets Summit will expand to Asia-Pacific this year (Sydney, 26 September).
Yahoo Finance ANZ editor-in-chief and event moderator, Sarah O’Carroll said: “Yahoo Finance is thrilled to have such a high caliber of speakers like Peter Costello for our first APAC All Markets Summit.
“Focusing on shaping tomorrow’s economy and workforce, these brilliant minds in business, government, academia and entrepreneurship will hit upon the most critical issues currently facing Australia.
“With a wide variety of informative and cutting-edge presentations, fireside chats and lively panel discussions, attendees will walk away with fresh ideas, knowledge and strategies to help drive their business and teams for the future.”
