Campaign: Snowboarder Andy Loyd’s Take On The Most Perfect Place In The World

Former professional snowboarder Andy Lloyd, the winner of Pinetrees Lodge search to find a videographer to film “the most perfect place in the world” has completed his first video.

The video showcases the heritage listed Lord Howe Island, 600 km off the NSW coast and entices viewers to seek out an outdoors adventure challenge of their own. The footage showcases the rare environment of plants, birds, marine life and exceptional natural beauty the island offer visitors.

Luke Hanson, owner of Pinetrees Lodge said: “The first video lets the natural environment speak for itself. What we have started to capture is the range of activities, adventures and experiences a visitor will encounter when visiting Lord Howe island”.

The videos created by Lloyd will be showcased on all Pinetrees Lodge digital platforms, including the website, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channel. Further media support with follow.

The position won by Andy Lloyd was open to professional and talented amateur film-makers, and received interest from videographers as far as New York City.

Lloyd from Andy Lloyd Creative has filmed and edited for companies like GoPro, RedBull, V energy drink, Hurley, SkullCandy, KIA Motors and Microsoft. With a $1000 per week salary and 2-months living at Pinetrees Lodge, Lord Howe Island, Andy will produce eight 2 minute video clips to capture the Lord Howe Island and help showcase the Wilderness to Wellness retreats Pinetrees lodge hosts every year.
