Marketing communications agency WE Buchan has appointed digital veteran Lee Rosolen as account director.
Rosolen (featured image) started in her new role in Sydney on 3 May and is responsible for further driving the growth of the agency’s digital marketing capability and developing industry-leading work for global clients.
She reports to WE Buchan’s head of digital & social, Nichole Provatas.
Rosolen has more than eight years’ experience in digital, working across reputable and industry-leading brands like Ticketek, I Quit Sugar and Barilla, among others, and has strong business media and communications skills.
Her most recent role was team lead, Digital Marketing Manager at Ticketek.
Nichole Provatas (pictured below) says Rosolen is a strategy-driven problem solver, with a great interest and knowledge of new industry trends.
Provatas said: “Lee’s solid experience in driving strategic and creative marketing campaigns across social, search and email, as well as her proven leadership qualities, are a great addition to the team.
“We’re excited to have such a strong digital marketing leader onboard as we continue to expand our Digital team and strive for an even higher level of performance.

Rosolen says she is fascinated by the interplay between marketing and behavioural psychology and is excited by the opportunities that WE Buchan’s digital team provides her to apply this knowledge.
