Brisbane Creative Agency Launches Reprieve For Property Industry During COVID-19

Developers can now give prospective property buyers the experience normally given in face-to-face showings, with leading Brisbane-based creative agency launching a new interactive app, overcoming challenges with COVID-19’s social distancing measures.

icreate.agency – a Brisbane creative and digital agency specialising in property – fast-tracked the state-of-the-art new interactive online program called the ‘iCreate Sales Track App’ to simulate the experience of visiting sales suite or display villages.

Having developed these programs for clients previously, the team have now launched the‘iCreate Sales Track App’ as a new scalable, fast and more affordable option for apartments, terraces, town homes, as well as house and land communities.

“Construction and property development are the heartbeat of our economy, even during COVID-19 times,” icreate.agency Creative Director and Founder, Sonia Jeffrey said.

“But with COVID-19 restrictions, this industry’s facing unprecedented challenges, unable to give prospective buyers the real-life walk through experience of their new builds – impacting on sale conversion rates.

“After finding qualified prospective buyers, our clients typically follow up with face-to-face meetings to help with the sales loop. And while Zoom or similar software is an option, client feedback’s shown it just isn’t comparable to meeting in person.”

Sonia said the team knew they could help – and worked quickly to launch the solution to ensure everyone in the industry continues to thrive.

“We adapted the program to provide it in scale, more quickly and to support many more businesses in the industry – particularly those developing apartments, terrace and town homes, as well as house and land communities,” Sonia said.

“Just like visiting a sales suite or display village, it gives developers, investors and home buyers the experience they all need, while self-isolating. It arms the sales team with the collateral normally available in hardcopy, but in a far more interactive and immersive platform than a PDF or PowerPoint file.”

Sonia said prospective buyers are taken through each developers’ customised sales journey, showing all the benefits of the location with aerials and interactive maps highlighting the key amenities close to the project.

“You can then move prospects through your development, showing in-depth detail of individual properties, including renders, views, photos or 3D fly-throughs,” Sonia said.

“If a meeting results in a sale or Expression Of Interest, the property can be qualified then and there within the app – a seamless journey.

“It also coordinates private appointments, sales conversations, be tailored to your brand and project – a remarkable difference, even compared to top-level marketing material and a physical sales office.

“The iCreate Sales Track App is a game changer, particular during the pandemic – and a win for developers, the industry and buyers,” Sonia said.
