Young Australian filmmakers from Sydney-based production company Brightworks have teamed up with Hoyts to develop a TVC campaign celebrating the unique experiences Hoyts can create.
The Corporate Solutions campaign focuses on the special moments people share at Hoyts cinemas.
Hoyts GM of corporate solutions and partnerships Ellisa Woodham said: “The project was born out of the belief that every single person, every single business small or large, is a potential customer for us, and we’re able to offer many compelling and affordable uses for our cinemas”.
Woodham added: “We wanted to create an emotive and informative TVC creative, designed to educate people on the many ‘private hire’ applications for our amazing cinemas, while capturing the personal and emotional connection that people tend to have with cinema”.
Brightworks founders and filmmakers Cameron D’Arcy and Stef Puskar worked closely with the Hoyts Corporate Solutions & Partnerships team to create a unique film that captivates the different versions of the ultimate cinematic experience.
D’Arcy said: “As filmmakers ourselves we loved being part of a campaign that celebrates the film industry.
“The concept behind the campaign is that every Hoyts experience is unique and special, and can be tailored to your requirements, from birthday celebrations to private screenings for employees or brand promotions”.
Hoyts’ Ellisa Woodham is excited about the direction the company is heading.
She said: “Whether it be for a birthday party, a get-together with friends, a presentation, client entertaining or a staff reward, HOYTS cinemas can accommodate myriad events in a fun, unique, comfortable, engaging and captivating environment”.
Woodham concluded: “We believe this TVC strategy will play an integral role in growing our private cinema hire business by talking to and educating potential customers who didn’t even know these options were possible”.
