Brennan IT, Australia’s leading managed services provider for 10 years in a row, has appointed global communications agency, Hotwire, to support its communications strategy in Australia.
Following the recent merger of Hotwire and sister agency Precinct, now known as Strategy and Marketing Services at Hotwire, Brennan IT represents one of the first of Hotwire’s clients to embrace the integrated, end-to-end communications offering available at Hotwire Australia.
Brennan IT appointed Hotwire during a significant growth phase in the company’s history. It was recently named Channel Futures MSP 501 leading Managed Service Provider in Australia and New Zealand for the tenth year running, and has recently added a swathe of landmark clients including McDonald’s Australia, Inghams Enterprises, Audi Australia and Volkswagen Group Australia.
Looking to amplify Brennan IT’s many successes, Hotwire will work with Brennan IT to establish and build brand awareness among key target audiences, through brand positioning, content marketing, and thought leadership.
“Brennan IT is experiencing phenomenal growth and we are evolving as a business to better support the needs of Australian organisations. We attribute this to our expanding whole of business offering and our investment in new technologies, which means we can better help clients to manage and transform their IT operations so that they can concentrate on what’s important to them: their customers,” says Brennan IT head of marketing communications Rory McNeil.
“Hotwire’s proposition stood out to us because they are able to address a vast array of our needs, from strong media relations, to market positioning, and holistic content creation needs. Having access to such clear specialities within one business reduces our need to manage multiple agencies, and ensures there is a consistency, visibility, and efficiency to the approach taken.”
Hotwire Australia MD Mylan Vu (feature image) commented, “Brennan IT is an outstanding Australian born and bred organisation, with a deep understanding of their customers’ varied technology needs, from hybrid IT and networking, to end-user support, and security. It is a particularly exciting brand to welcome at Hotwire Australia, as this is the first official organisation to tap into our expanded Strategy and Marketing services as well as our communications and PR services.”
