Bauer Media has announced multiple hires and promotions within its female-first insight led commercial storytelling division, Story54.
Previous Bauer media strategy manager, Anna Preston (main photo), has been promoted to head of strategy, a national role which sees her leading a team of 10 strategists. Preston played a key role in the inception and development of Bauer’s successful Female Futures initiative, which launched in February and is being executed via editorial, commercial and internal channels throughout 2018 and beyond.
The latest campaigns exemplify the strength Story54 holds for brands looking to respectfully connect with female audiences. Story 54 collaborated with media personality Meshel Laurie for a content series across Priceline’s owned assets to drive consumers in store for their Free Women’s Health Check initiative, Mission Health. Whilst, comedian Becky Lucas was enlisted for Moments Condoms in a series of stand-up events and native content presented by COSMO on Campus. These, in addition to the recent work with Holden Equinox, Tiffany and Co. and Fiat, are a showcase of the brand trust and quality Bauer Media holds in the consumer women’s space.

Casey Greig, formerly of Nova entertainment, joins Story54 as Commercial Research Director. She will lead the research team and deliver commercial insights for new and existing clients.
Another new hire is senior commercial Editor Natalie Cornish, who joins from Nine Entertainment Co. Cornish will work closely with the commercial content team headed up by newly promoted head of commercial content, Sarah Macrae.
Bauer creative director, Clare Catt becomes head of creative, Story54 while head of trade marketing Claudine Hall, adds to her role as the new Story54 head of trade.
Story54 was created to deliver insight-driven commercial marketing expertise and develop premium brand stories for key female audiences. Following the official launch in February, Story54 continues to gain great traction, thanks to innovative campaigns utilising the 45 plus strong team of expertise across research, creative, production, events, editorial, digital, design, creative and influencers.
