His career in the digital space spans a decade of rapid evolution, and he has been at the forefront of many of Australian biggest brands. He has a rich understanding of all aspects of media business, from editorial to design, as well as sales and marketing. He has solid experience in both building and managing varied teams and commissioning content, as well as many business focused task such as broadcast rights negotiations, and has a proven record in product excellence, from inception to delivery. Toby has worked on both start-up and established brands, producing market-leading results in both. He is a willing motivator and mentor, and has a voracious appetite for new media trends, particularly social media, in which he has produced excellent results across online and broadcast television. While sport has been a focus, Toby has proved himself more than capable of working in other genres, and has produced work in entertainment, music, news, medical and lifestyle. He continues to set ambitious goals to break new ground in all forms of media. Toby is a keen musician and photographer, with published work in both fields. He is a passionate traveller, and has visited all corners of the globe. Toby also enjoys movies and the arts, and has acted as a freelance photographer for several outlets from 2002 to the present. He is a former British Student Games athlete (100m and 200m), county rugby player (Kent), and Lord's Cricket School scholarship winner, but these days is happier commuting on his bicycle or taking on the best an XBox360 can throw at him.
