I make my living out of writing, editing and “polishing blogs"​. I have solid writing, sub-editing and communications experience spanning newspapers, advertising agencies and a wide variety of clients, big and small. I have previously worked in ad agencies in London and Sydney more recently at The Australian newspaper for several years. My journalism background includes writing newspaper and magazine articles about marketing and advertising, business and finance, fashion, beauty, travel, education, IT, general news and the media. My skills include sub-editing and proofing, writing opinion pieces, writing media releases and media liaison, writing print and web copy. My local and international contacts are extensive and I was once nicknamed "Susi have-a-chat Banks" by renowned ad man David Droga.
