Nicolle is managing director of The Hub Marketing Communications, a strategic marketing communications agency with clients Australia-wide.With more than two decades in the marketing industry, Nicolle has accumulated a solid balance of academic & practical business success. She provides leadership expertise across all aspects of business development, branding, change management, strategy & marketing communications.As a testament to her business success, in 2012 Nicolle was awarded a 40U40 business award, was a finalist in the highly sought-after Telstra small business awards & was one of only four finalists in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year awards.The nine years Nicolle spent in Qld saw her career progress from media communications manager for Surf Life Saving Qld, state PR manager for the Heart Foundation - to the general manager of Media Link Communications Group a top four Qld consultancy. Returning to Perth, Nicolle was the first employee at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre responsible for branding & marketing.Nicolle freelances for magazines, newspapers & radio & held an international media position at the 2000 Olympic Games.Nicolle currently performs a number of leadership roles:- Chair, Intework (disabilities sector) - Board Director, CCI - Board Director, SBDC - General Council Member CCIIn 2004, Nicolle was the first female Deputy President on the Board of Directors for Surf Life Saving WA.As The Hub's managing director, she works with a variety of large/medium sized organisations across a variety of industries including the Australian & State Government, health, science, tourism, not-for-profit, professional services, resources & Indigenous sector.Nicolle has completed a Bachelor of Communications, a Executive MBA, a Master of Management Research & was accepted in the UWA Doctorate of Business Administration program.
