I’m a digital creative and strategy director and technologist with an Honours degree in a Visual Communications who first did the rounds as an integrated marketing executive at Saatchi’s, Leo Burnetts and BBDO. I then left big-agency-land to be a Creative Director at a small digital agency in 2004.
I've since co-founded Pusher, a now multi-award winning Sydney and Brisbane based digital agency. My passion (and job lucky me!) is working directly with marketing teams of large consumer focused organisations and brands to develop digital and integrated strategy, social media or mobile marketing solutions and innovation projects.
I’ve delivered digital and integrated campaigns for clients and brands like GlaxoSmithKline (Panadol) and Sanofi (Nature’s Own & Cenovis), Diagio (Smirnoff, Malibu), Jim Beam, Snack Brands Australia (CC’s, Kettle Chips, Cheezels), Mitsubishi Motors, Fuzzy Entertainment, The Australian Government, NAB, CBA, Castrol, Lastminute.com, General Pants Co, AMF Bowling, Dreamworld, Lorna Jane, News Limited, MTV, and many more. I also consult to Australian celebrities, artists, politicians and personalities, ranging from Dick Smith, to Ricki Lee, to Matt Moran.
Professional recognition includes an Australian AIMIA award for ‘Best Effectiveness’ and an IAB for ‘Best Use of Social Media’, along with AIMIA or IAB finalist category nominations for ‘Best Direct Response and Lead Generation’, ‘Best Travel and Tourism’, ‘Best Use of Video’ and ‘Best Word-of-Mouth and Viral'.
AntHill Magazine once named me as 2009’s ‘Young Digital Entrepreneurs to Watch’ (I think they meant 'like' or 'follow') I've also presented at many professional advertising events and conferences and love fast cars, fast travel, water-sports and cooking (funnily enough, I made the top 50 on Masterchef in 2009)
