This means I’m very clear on exactly where I can assist and if I can’t, I’ll tell you. I’m not perfect, only useful. I’ve recruited for companies such as Google and IBM but also the smaller end of the market, though one thing that is common with all the companies I choose to recruit for is that they are doing something innovative in the IT industry. I love working with cutting-edge tech companies and being a trusted adviser to my candidates, keeping them up-to-date on which companies are doing amazing things. Currently I’m focusing on the IT Security industry as I see a lot of exciting growth and innovation in this space.
