Today, I’m a highly capable digital & customer experience strategist. I have delivered integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, web & mobile projects, and ecommerce & digital strategies for leading businesses in various industries including financial services, film, publishing, niche social networking, and most recently commercial property.
With a customer-centric approach my most recent strategies have demonstrated an omnichannel approach to marketing & digital, integrating traditional & digital marketing (print, outdoor, indoor, web, mobile, social, display, SEO, SEM), mobile applications (customer facing + enterprise), wifi & other personal technologies, analytics & big data (data science), user profiling, business intelligence shared across multiple business units, ecommerce including order management and logistics, overlaid with loyalty programs, in order to deliver a smarter customer experience and drive conversions.
I have led product development & management, owning the vision, the roadmap, and the marketing of products & services for the past 9 years, including social networking industry firsts: real-time feeds; video chat; social ecommerce.
I am a regular speaker and contributor on the topics of social media, digital disruption, contextualisation and the future of digital.
