A senior marketer with over 20 years product and brand marketing experience with Blue Chip companies including AGL Energy, Caltex, Philips, Sharp and Samsung. With diverse experience from Consumer Electronics and IT to children’s books and energy, I have demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to succeed across diverse B2C and B2B markets requiring different marketing strategies to achieve success. I have experience leading large, diverse teams of over 100 people to tight, specialised marketing and product teams adapting leadership style to maximize team strengths and achieve the results required for the business. Currently Head of Business Customers Marketing and Analytics at AGL, I have reworked the Business Customer Segmentation and Value Proposition to develop customer propositions and tailored product offers to drive acquisition and retention of customers. I have also reworked our digital approach to online sales and content marketing more than doubling the online sales funnel. I enjoy a strategic business approach requiring strong leadership skills to create significant value for an organisation. My broad industry experience is enhanced by a Masters of Business degree with a major in Marketing from UTS which will ensure continued success in roles of substantial challenge.
