I am an expert in Operational, Compliance, Insurance, and Financial Risk, Governance and Regulatory Management. I am well versed at providing strategic advice to senior management. I have coordinated projects (I have experience in LEAN) that have streamlined processes and led project of significant scale, and affected millions of customers, as well as providing a BAU Risk Advice function. I have been responsible for ensuring that the business executes its business plan and provides financial products and services for nearly 13 million customers within the Australian regulatory frameworks. My experience has varied between large multi national businesses to Fintech startups with venture capital funding from large financial services organisations. I have experience in capital management, venture capital and M&A due diligence.
