I love being part of change and being involved in building a great business and brand! 7 years of experience has given me the opportunity to work in many different fields and gain some breadth of experience. Mostly HR, Marketing, Branding and Sales. Change brings with it an opportunity to plan and execute, to see things through from end to end and that is something I take pride in.I also provide professional resume writing and editing services for job seekers worldwide. I hold a degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Human Resource and currently work in a team that directly contributes to the growth of the company. This includes Marketing, branding, CX, operational effectiveness, communication, process automation, HR and the list goes on. I prefer to instill a sense of ownership with my colleagues, giving them ability to work autonomously and feel effective. That is what helps me to be a good leader. In all honesty, having a family has meant that I need to maintain balance across all aspects of my life. This is a work in progress, but I am slowly climbing that mountain and learning that it is not important to sweat the small stuff. Finally, opportunities that will challenge me, improve my skills and build my career are something I will jump at – I must however, love my job!
