Marketing professional with track record of improving overall marketing & sales performance and business expansion across a broad range of leadership roles. Currently Head of Marketing & Partnerships at Lash Creative, Digital Communications Agency.Worked and lived in the United States, Singapore, United Kingdom, and Asia Pacific. Had a great career start with one of the worlds most respected agencies, AKQA, working with renowned brands such as StarHub Telecom, Alfa Romeo, J&J and BMW Singapore. Then served in different roles of increasing complexity and responsibility including business turnarounds at Pacific Stock, the only stock photography agency worldwide that specialises "exclusively" in Hawaii, the Pacific and Asia regions. Enjoyed working as a part time lecturer in Finance and Marketing at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht whilst travelling between the USA and Europe during this time as well. Then served as General Manager at Pacific Stock prior to moving to Sydney and becoming partner of Lash Creative, building the Digital Communications Agency from the ground up with offices in Sydney and Seoul, Korea. Now working with some of the world’s most respected brands including PepsiCo, Pizza Hut, ING DIRECT, Breville, Warner Music, ASICS, Sydney Opera House.Director in the board of the Dutch Australian Chamber for Commerce (Dutchlink), and President in the board for the Junior Chamber International (JCI Sydney).Proud of the team & grateful for winning the 2016 GOOD DESIGN AWARD, 2016 GEO AWARD, 2016 ESOP AWARD, 2015 AIMIA Awards digital industry finalist, 2015 aWWWards AWARD, 2014 Sydney Design Awards finalist, 2013 aWWWards AWARD, 2012 aWWWards AWARD.
