I am a Business Advisor specialising in B2B service companies - consultancies, agencies, professional service firms etc. The firm I have founded is named 80/20 Advisors after the 80/20 rule. My typical clients are Business Owners & CEOs of firms $1m-$30m in revenue. They engage me because they want to build more profitable, scalable businesses. Many are building their first or second service firm and are experiencing the growing pains associated with the transition from being technically strong, to the additional management, leadership and entrepreneurial responsibilities required as they move from employee, to self employed, to business owner / or in a corporate setting to the roles of Practice Manager and then CEO. This journey is one I am passionate about having founded and built an award winning, highly profitable consultancy that grew to have an international footprint. And also having run Australia's largest and most awarded Public Relations firm as CEO and then Chairman. And in the interests of promoting education in entrepreneurship in Australia I am on the Advisory Board of the not-for-profit organisation - Start Up Australia.
