As a lover of Mexican food, fun and community I am fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to electrify the Hombre Mexican Street Food experience with the Hombre team. Blending a formal background in communication with proven success in marketing, administration and customer service my responsibility as Marketing Manager at Hombre Mexican Street Food is to produce national marketing initiatives, as well as assist Franchisees with LSM, using both traditional and digital mediums. My acquired knowledge and experience of the marketing environment, and my experience working within a franchise setting permits me to appreciate the importance of branding and brand integrity, and the need for consistency and operational best practices and procedures. It has also given me the ability to deliver accurate and timely communications. An effective communicator, I am comfortable communicating on all levels, and have always been a valuable team player. With a high level of interpretational skills I can confidently liaise with my colleagues, stakeholders and the public. I believe a good Marketing Manager should always have their finger on the pulse, and have an interest in macro trends in order to listen, obtain and analyse their industry so as to predict change before change happens. I am constantly educating and evolving myself to keep up to date with the ever-changing world of marketing, and regularly attend live web events and training courses to keep up to date. Capable of juggling a number of projects, whilst keeping a calm head above water, I thrive on challenges that demand a temporary surrender of security. I’m a fast learner, with common sense in abundance and I easily adapt and evolve within the ever-changing marketing environment.
