I Formed Everjoy Consulting in January 2006 a boutique recruitment company based in North Sydney with specializations across IT, Sales, Marketing, Media, Advertising and more. I grew Everjoy Consulting from scratch to over $5m in revenue in first 3 years of operation and Successfully managed the business profitably through the GFC and beyond when many competitors declined in market share or closed entirely, establishing Everjoy Consulting into new marketplaces such as Media and Advertising successfully. I also Established a linked in group Sydney Media People to source candidates which currently has over 10000 members of current media professionals in Sydney and is growing. After having my two sons I decided to peruse my lifelong passion of health and fitness and qualified as a master trainer at the Australian Institute of fitness. On completion of my course I accepted a job as a Level 1 Career Path Personal trainer at Mosman Fitness first. This gave me the opportunity to spend 6 months as a floor instructor getting to know members, being mentored by my peers, delivering small group training classes, TRX classes and selling level 1 personal training packs. I became a franchisee and was promoted to a level 2 personal trainer, meaning I had completed the 12 week online Fitness First development course.
