A pragmatic and business-focused researcher, Dawn has over 15 years’ market research experience in Australia and other Asia-Pacific markets. She has extensive experience in research for the service sector, including financial services, retail and e-commerce. In addition to primary research, Dawn has a passion for anything that involves analysing and synthesising an existing body of information.
