As Director of Operations and Account Service, Darragh is responsible for managing productivity, effectiveness and advertising strategy of all client accounts. While ensuring our clients’ marketing and advertising spend is used to the fullest extent, Darragh also drives the team to provide the unparalleled account service we have become renowned for. With a passion for print and pixels, and knowing a thing or two about B2C and B2B marketing, Darragh credits the foundations of her career to two of adland’s biggest players. At M&C Saatchi Darragh worked primarily on the Optus accounts, and at Whybin/TBWA, her DM and consumer experience was put to good use on the NRMA Insurance account.
