I'm a communications professional with over six years of experience in the media industry across the APAC region - specifically in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining the public relations scene, I was a freelance writer for various publishing houses, including MediaCorp - Singapore's largest media conglomerate.As a communications consultant, my expertise spans the technology, travel and lifestyle spaces. Past/present client portfolio includes the likes of Airbnb, Amobee, Fitness First, Hotels.com, OpenText, Oracle, Sabre Corporation and Software AG.In my current role, I'm primarily responsible for the planning and execution of integrated communications campaigns on behalf of my clients. I play the lead role across accounts, serving as the day-to-day point of contact, providing strategic client counsel, and ensuring that PR deliverables and objectives are met or exceeded.An ex-journalist, I'd consider myself both a content expert and a media specialist. Additional day-to-day duties include media, influencer and analyst relations, proactive media and editorial pitching, as well as events management.I hold a BA in Communications & New Media (PR track) from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Diploma in Communications & Media Management (Journalism track).
