I am a passionate digital marketer that loves using data analysis to produce coherent and meaningful insights to digital and social campaigns. As a Generation Y, my love of computers and technology have expanded into the marketing space.
I have experience working in a global communications network as well as directing a PR agency with clients that are national and multinational including - Nestlé, The Salvation Army, University of New England, Nick Scali Furniture, Achieve Australia, Interface. Other clients I have worked with includes Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Optus and The Football Federation of Australia.
With more than 10 years of retail and managerial experience, I strongly believe that good customer service starts with great communications. And so to be able to provide good customer service to all stakeholders in our business, we must start off as being awesome communicators.
