Benjamin Baader

In a world of increasing communication channels there is a high demand for people with general expertise to take the lead. I enjoy developing, designing and driving communication for brands, products and companies with my comprehensive knowledge across various disciplines and a strong common sense. In this new age of collaboration brands need an “orchestrator” that holds all strings together and enables real collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, bridging cultural differences as well as diverging financial interests. I've gained my >15 years of integrated brand & product communication experience across various industries for international and national brands. I always appreciate the challenge to match companies’ sales & ROI expectations with outstanding creative business solutions. Advertising brands and products is to me not a question of volume and repetition – rather it's about offering rewarding (brand) experiences along the customer's journey to thrive (and harvest) increasing customer lifetime revenues. The raising complexity of marketing opportunities needs more flexible structures and processes to cope with constantly changing channel and discipline mixes. This is especially a challenge for marketing departments and integrated agencies. I enjoy supporting such restructuring and process-re-engineering plans with my experience and insights from previous collaboration-restructurings and change-management projects. Being German comes with a lot of clichés. Unfortunately, a lot are true. Luckily I inherited German perfection and reliability in organization as well as strong endurance in challenging projects. Germany and Australia have both strong economies with attractive potentials and their own market specialties. My experience and networks in both markets offer valuable insights and support in developing market entry strategies or leveraging existing business. Industries: Retail, FMCG, Telco, Airline, Fashion, Finance, Construction, Services
