Creative media, comms and content team leader and strategist. I have led award winning agency teams working on consumer and b2b brands in UK and Australia. My specialism is creative integration planning of paid, owned and earned channels - advertising, branded content, channel strategy, PR and sponsorship. I have a passion for consumer insight and behaviour. I have grown and led successful agency teams engaged in Media Strategy, Traditional and Digital Content, Social Media and PR. I get most reward from: discovering and converting insight into winning outcomes; the innovative and daring use of content and media; and helping those around me create exciting work. Some highlights: - Part of OMD’s national executive team when OMD Sydney won Global Agency of the Year 2013 at Cannes and on the leadership team when we took B&T’s Media Agency of the Decade. - Part of the pitch teams that won some of OMD’s biggest pieces of business including Tourism Australia global account, J&J Australia, Telstra and Westpac Group. - Founded OMD Fuse, OMD’s branded content and consumer engagement group, and over 7 years, grew the group to revenues of approximately $2m across Sydney and Melbourne. - Led the thinking on numerous successful brand campaigns which fortunately won awards and in so doing were blessed with their own urnful of immortality – including Cannes Media Lions; two AdNews Media Campaigns of the Year, Subscription TV’s Industry ASTRA award; and the Grand Prix at the Media Federation of Australia. - Won an ‘Agency Innovator’ nomination from ‘The Internationalist’ magazine.
