Australian agencies have failed to make the top 10 best creative agencies on the WARC Creative 100 list.
The list is an annual ranking of the world’s most awarded campaigns and companies for creativity. It forms part of the WARC Rankings, and sits alongside two further rankings, for media and effectiveness.
Below is a list of the top 10 agencies, according to WARC.
CHE Proximity, Melbourne did manage to crack the top 20, coming in at number 16. Clemenger BBDO Melbourne was the next best Australian agency at number 36.
In terms of top marketing campaigns, CHEP Melbourne landed itself a spot in the top 10 for its NRMA ‘Safety Hub’ Campaign. The next Australian campaign coming in at number 18 was BWM Dentsu Sydney’s ALS Association ‘Project Revoice’ campaign.
Looking at the top 10 agency networks, BBDO Worldwide, DDB Worldwide, McCann Worldgroup, TBWA Worldwide and Ogilvy all made the top 5.
Omnicom Gruop, Interpublic Gruop, WPP, Publicis Groupe and Accenture made the top five for holding companies.
