Chance The Rapper Stars In Appallingly Bad Kit Kat Ad

Rap’s latest IT thing, Chance The Rapper, has starred in a new ad for Kit Kats in the US titled Chance the Wrapper.

The ad, aimed at the Halloween market, sees Chance (oddly) dressed as a bear and then being serenaded by his own wrapper alter ego. Check out the rather lame campaign here,

The song is a version of Kit Kat’s own Gimme a Break jingle yet, oddly, is sung as a crooning, piano version.

The Gimme a Break jingle turns 30 this year and Chance ends the TVC with a self-congratulatory “That’s a good song.”
