Asbestos Dumper Ordered To Publish Newspaper Ads About His Crimes

A man who has made headlines for dumping waste around Sydney has copped more than just a three-year jail sentence as punishment.

Dib Hanna did his own bit of advertising via a letterbox drop to Sydney residents claiming he could deliver materials such as soil, clay, crushed bitumen, and shale.

However, the materials that Hanna was dumping at people’s properties were in fact waste, with the worst being asbestos.

After being caught doing so on a number of occasions and escaping prison, the jig is finally up for Hanna, who has also been ordered to pay for newspaper ads about his punishment to try and deter other would-be offenders.
