Australian Radio Network (ARN) has announced that Charlie Fox, content Director for WSFM and The Edge, and WSFM morning announcer Ron E Sparks, have departed.
Fox has been with ARN since 2005, and Sparks joined WSFM in 2002.
ARN national content director Duncan Campbell said the departure of Fox and Sparks are part of the network’s strategy to re-energise and position it for even greater success in 2018 and beyond.
“I want to thank Charlie for his commitment to WSFM and his work with Jonesy & Amanda in breakfast,” he said.
“I also want to acknowledge Ron E Sparks, who has been an icon of Sydney radio since the late 1970s, and wish him the best for the next stage of his impressive career.”
