All The Juicy Details From The 2021 Adobe Summit

Today was the 2021 Adobe summit, which saw the brand make a number of exciting announcemenets.

First was the announcement that a number of leading brands, including Coca-Cola, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Tourism Australia and more are using their Experience Platform. According to Adobe, the Experience Platform is the only open and extensible enterprise platform in the industry which allows brands to unify data in real time. 

The brand has shared the next generation of it’s CDP, or real-time Customer Data Platform. This will help companies activate cistomer data without needing third party cookies.

There was also an announcement that Adobe would be partnering with delivery and courier company FedEx. The collaboration will be multi-year, and will see Adobe Commerce integrate with Shop Runner.

Finally, Adobe  released the findings of the survey, ‘COVID-19’s impact on the CIO’s evolving role.’ The specific Australian results found a number of insights, including that 95 per cent of CIOs agree they have greater influence on leadership decisions within their organisation.
