MullenLowe Profero Launches In Perth

Experience-led transformation network MullenLowe Profero is partnering with 303 MullenLowe and Mediahub and launching in Perth to build a new digital offering.

The new entity will be headed by Michael Corry (left in photo) who becomes general manager of MullenLowe Profero Perth, having joined 303 MullenLowe earlier in the year.

Hamilton Jones (right), MD of MullenLowe Profero said in announcing the launch, “It’s the perfect time to formally open our business in Perth as we’ve been doing some amazing work in experience design and transformation off the back of a significant account win in this market in the past 12 months.

“Our APAC Australia and Japan offices serve as centres of excellence for exprerience design and data and analytics. Coupled with increasing demand for these services regionally and indeed in Western Australia, it makes perfect sense to partner with 303 and Mediahub to hit the ground running, leveraging our respective strengths to offer more than we currently do alone.”

Corry added, “There’s a wind of change blowing in media and marketing. Marketers have never been tasked with more and its incumbent on businesses like ours to adapt accordingly.

“This is the perfect time to launch a credentialed CX led digital transformation business as clients face the increasingly complex challenges of connecting with customers in a multi-channel interactive environment. We believe it’s time to see brand communication in the broader context of brand experience and offer clients the capability of a seamless customer experience across all touch points.

“With Profero, MullenLowe Perth offers clients the option of a single trusted partner to help deliver customer-centric digital experiences, underpinned by the data and analytics needed to effectively target, activate and optimise communications and transactions, across all channels and platforms.” Corry commented.

Jones continued, “Profero have a depth of technical capabilities leveraging partnerships with leading enterprise personalisation and content management platform Sitecore and Customer Data Platform Tealium. By leveraging these partnerships and capabilities we will help companies accelerate their customer centricity and transformation plans.”

Corry added, “By partnering with Profero, MullenLowe Perth will be uniquely placed to deliver not just customer experience, creative and media but also marketing, identity and analytics systems integration. In a market previously underserved by a partner with a suite of solutions like these, I couldn’t be more excited to be given the opportunity to lead and develop this alongside the team at 303 and Mediahub”.
