M&C Saatchi Mobile Promotes Bobbie Gersbach-Smith To ANZ Director

M&C Saatchi Mobile has announced the promotion of Bobbie Gersbach-Smith (pictured above) to the newly-created role of director for Australia and New Zealand, after witnessing a surge in mobile ad spend this year.

Gersbach-Smith has spent the past eight years in the digital sector, most recently as an account director at the mobile agency within M&C Saatchi Group.

Commenting on her new role, Gersbach-Smith said: “It’s such an exciting time to be at the forefront of mobile marketing.

“I’m really looking forward to M&C Saatchi Mobile’s involvement in driving growth of true mobile-first businesses out there in Australia and across the region.

“If brands aren’t recognising the importance of mobile to their businesses and involving the right specialists now, they will struggle to keep up with the many mobile-first disruptors waiting in the wings.”

In addition to Gersbach-Smith, M&C Saatchi Mobile have recently hired Dior Tuazon from Ikon as a senior biddable account manager.
