GPY&R Melbourne Promotes Jake Barrow To ECD

GPY&R Melbourne has announced the promotion of Jake Barrow to the role of executive creative director.

Josh Moore, chief creative officer at Y&R ANZ, said Barrow’s promotion is recognition of his talent, passion and drive.

“Jake has been responsible for much of GPY&R Melbourne’s award-winning work and new business success over the past few years,” he said.

Julian Bell, managing partner at GPY&R Melbourne, said: “Quite simply, Jake’s one of the best in the business. He’s a cultural pillar who sets and maintains the highest standard of work for our client partners, constantly championing world-class output across every brand and brief.

“In recent years he’s developed strong relationships with our clientele, helped deliver organic growth and new business wins across Bel Group and the Victorian state government. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have him join the leadership team.”

Commenting on his promotion, Barrow said: “Long before I started at GPY&R, I admired the culture of creativity the agency stood for. Years later, I am humbled to be asked to lead it.
