Creatives’ Flaws Revealed By Their Mums In New Ad For D&AD Professional Awards

Entries are now open for the D&AD Professional Awards 2017, with the association unveiling a clever new advertising campaign to promote the annual event.

Created by UK creative agency Lucky Generals, the campaign features interviews with the mothers of previous Pencil winners, who reveal just how proud they are of their creative sons and daughters – but not without pointing out some of their flaws first.

And just in case you were thinking of entering, submissions should be made in their original language by 15 February 2017.

However, the submitted work has to have been commercially released between 01 January 2016 and 18 March 2017 and produced in genuine response to a client brief. Furthermore, it must not have been entered in previous years.

All awarded work is announced during the D&AD Festival 2017 from 25 to 27 April 2017 and appears in the D&AD Annual.
