WiTH Collective Names New GM & Client Services Director

WiTH Collective has announced two senior promotions as the agency readies itself for the next stage of growth.

The digital, data and customer experience agency, which is part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, has promoted Adam Parsons (above, right) – a member of WiTH Collective’s senior management team – to the role of general manager.

Justin Hind, CEO and co-founder of WiTH Collective said Parsons has been an integral part of the agency’s senior leadership team for three years, and has excelled at leading world-class account service delivery across the agency.

“This promotion recognises his success and leadership,” he said.

Parsons said he was extremely honoured to take on the new role.

“This is such an exciting time for WiTH, and I look forward to this new chapter for the agency and the team,” he said.

As part of the new management team line-up, Josh Sandford (above, left) – one of the agency’s most senior suits – has also been promoted to the role of client services director.

“Josh is that rare mix of suit and strategist – he’s a classic diagonal thinker that, in addition to delivering great work to his clients, he also is a critical thinker with an unrivalled ability to think laterally in terms of customer, data and experience,” Hind said.

Commenting on his new role, Sandford said he couldn’t be more proud to take it on.

“There’s so much to love about this agency and things are only getting better,” he said.

Parsons and Sandford’s new roles are effective immediately.

The promotions follow a big year for WiTH Collective, which was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network in September.
