Clems Melbourne Picks Up Menulog’s Creative

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has snared creative duties for online food delivery service Menulog, following a competitive pitch earlier this year.

Y&R was the incumbent on the account, and was accused of plagiarising creative work for a Menulog campaign featuring US actor Jeff Goldblum last year.

Working with Menulog’s existing agency roster, the win will see Clemenger BBDO Melbourne develop a new brand platform and integrated campaign for Menulog.

Tasman Page, marketing director at Menulog, said: “We were impressed with Clemenger BBDO’s understanding of the category, of the brief and importantly, of how we’re looking to evolve our brand and entertain the nation with our marketing communications.”

Clems Melbourne managing director Simon Lamplough said: “Working with Menulog is a fantastic opportunity for the team here. Menulog is a brand that values creativity and are up for having a bit of fun in their comms.

“We’re looking forward to creating great work together.”
