Carsales’ Stratton Finance Launches Marketing Automation With Datarati

Customer journey and experience agency Datarati continues to expand its Melbourne operation after being appointed by Carsales.com.au owned Stratton Finance to implement and launch marketing automation.

Stratton selected Datarati to integrate Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud because of its expertise in CX strategy, marketing and technology.

Stratton, Australia’s largest car finance broker, will use Datarati to design, build and enable their lifecycle marketing strategy and deliver a more consistent customer experience, in addition to designing and creating an engagement scoring system which allows the sales team to better understand where the customers are in the car buying cycle and how they can help at each stage.

Nathan McEwan, CMO at Stratton said: “We are passionate about further amplifying our strong customer relationships by leveraging data and technology. We’ve selected Datarati over other agencies to help us bring our vision to the market because their alignment with our team cultural and innovation values.”

The win bolsters Datarati’s practice in the Victorian capital and follows its appointment by Melbourne headquartered APT Travel Group to build and manage a marketing automation platform as part of a multi-year project.

Jarther Taylor, CEO at Datarati said: “Stratton is a forward thinking company that wants to ensure all customer interactions are beneficial, which will in turn translate to achieving their growth objectives. We welcome the opportunity to bring our strategic CX and marketing thinking backed with Salesforce technology to their business.

“With the addition of Stratton and our recent appointment by ATP Travel Group, Datarati continues to enjoy significant growth in Melbourne.”
