Triple M calls it as it sees it

Triple M is spruiking its sporting credentials in a new round of NRL and AFL advertising, created by CHE Proximity.

The series of four ads, two for each code, promote the network’s successful NRL and AFL call teams.

Southern Cross Austereo’s national marketing Director Adam Bower said: “Triple M is home to the most entertaining and engaging footy calls and shows on radio. These spots are just a small insight into what makes them so successful and a favourite with footy fans across the country.”

The ads will run in stadium, online and television nationally.

They feature Triple M’s footy personalities including Matty Johns, Mark Geyer, Peter Sterling, Gorden Tallis, Andrew Johns, Wendell Sailor and Ryan Girdler for the NRL. As well as James Brayshaw, Garry Lyon, Billy Brownless, Luke Darcy, Danny Frawley, Jason Dunstall, Wayne Carey, Campbell Brown and Damien Barrett for the AFL.

The AFL ads kicked off in Melbourne over the weekend  (May  10 -11) and the NRL ads will air in time for Round 10, with the campaign set to run for the remainder of both the NRL and AFL seasons.
