Telstra spruiks AFL app with big guns

Swans player Adam Goodes and footy commentator Bruce McAvaney star in Telstra's new TV campaign to support the launch of its ALF Live Official App.

The spot spruiks the AFL Live Official App as the only way to watch every AFL game live on your smartphone or tablet (regardless of your carrier).

Seven footy commentator Bruce McAvaney and Sydney Swans’ star Adam Goodes find themselves in the middle of a packed Melbourne tram, calling a game they are watching on the app.

Director, consumer and small business marketing, Maryanne Tsiatsias said: “The ability for fans to tune into live AFL games on their tablets and smartphones opens up a world of viewing opportunities.

“The live coverage combined with stats, scores, news and highlights means you could even call a game if you wanted, so we thought there’d be no one better to prove it than Bruce McAvaney.”
