Joyville gets life-sized

Cadbury Dairy Milk has released two new 15 second TVCs for its Joyville Special Delivery promotion where six lucky Australians have the opportunity to win what brings them joy, made completely out of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate.

Filmed live at the first two special deliveries on February 20 and 26 respectively, the 15 second TVCs from Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney capture the surprise and delight of the first two lucky winners and the essence of the promotion.

Naomi Newton from Ballarat North, Victoria, said that get-togethers with family and friends, specifically BBQs, bring her joy. Cadbury Dairy Milk threw Naomi an Aussie family BBQ with a difference. A life-sized chocolate BBQ, complete with chocolate chops was delivered to her home in an experiential celebration that included Joyville BBQ chefs, the Joymobile and loads of Australian-themed props. More than 50 of Naomi’s friends and family were there.

Kathy Crawshaw from Bowral NSW said that a sewing machine brings her joy. She was delivered a giant chocolate sewing machine and treated to a Joyville fashion parade, complete with Joyville models, a Joyville DJ of course, the big reveal of her Australian-first chocolate sewing machine that was shared among 100 of Kathy’s family and friends.

An incognito goodstuff film crew captured the special deliveries as they unfolded and the chocolate creations were shared among family and friends.

The post-production process for the TVCs was fast-tracked to ensure the spots went to air while the promotion was still live. These spots went live on Sunday March 3 and will be on air until Saturday March 16. This is the next installment in the Joyville story and follows the 30 second Joyville Special Delivery launch TVC spot that went to air in early February.
