Follow up advert another emotional ride

We dare you not to tear up at least a little bit while watching Proctor & Gamble’s new Sochi Winter Olympics campaign advert.

The campaign Pick them back up is a tribute to all the mums of Olympic athletes who are constantly supporting their children and helping them back up when they fall.

The advert follows four mums from around the world as they help and encourage their children, comforting them when disappointment strikes and showing how much of a key figure a mother is within the lives of Olympians.

Pick them back up follows on from the success of the campaign for the London Olympics in 2012, Thank you, mum.

The 2012 campaign also paid tribute to the mothers of Olympians, showing how hard they work and how they support and nurture their children.

Another aspect of the 2012 campaign, Kids, also showed Olympians as youngsters, demonstrating how mothers would still see their children when they’re competing.

The 2014 Winter Olympic Games will be held in Sochi, Russia from February 7-23, 2014.

Make sure you tune in to Ten for all the Olympic coverage.
