72andSunny Sydney Announces String Of New Hires

Following the recent executive creative director hire, Micah Walker, and new business wins of Optus, Paspaley and Vision Investment Group (VIG), 72andSunny Sydney has welcomed a number of key hires.

The new hires include:

Greg Fyson, executive producer: Fryson comes to 72andSunny with 15 years’ industry experience. Carving out his career as a TV Producer at BMF, Fryson worked at Saatchi & Saatchi and Rabbit Content, producing jobs for a range of clients including LION Nathan, MLA, Expedia and P&O. Most recently Fryson was an executive producer at Blockhead, a boutique visual effects studios specialising in film, advertising and AR.

Annalise Dry, brand director: Hailing from Los Angeles, Dry has worked in the industry for 10 years across both project management and account management roles for companies including TBWA, Deutsch LA, and MAL/FOR GOOD, a division of TBWA\Media Arts Lab. Prior to joining 72andSunny Dry worked for Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, leading projects for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Mattel, MARS, National Bank of Australia (NAB) and DrinkWise.

Joel Pearson, strategy director: Joel joins 72andSunny as a strategy director with over a decade of experience spanning creative, communications and media planning roles. Previous positions include global innovation director across Unilever for PHD Worldwide out of London, and strategy roles for TBWA and TCO. Most recently he was a strategy director at TBWA leading planning efforts across the Foxtel account, among others.

Mark Carbone, senior writer: Carbone joins the 72andSunny Sydney team as a senior copywriter with 10 years domestic and international industry experience. He returns to Sydney after four years in New York where he held creative positions at Anomaly and BBDO, working across clients such as Pepsi, Budweiser, Captain Morgan and Lowe’s. Prior to his work in New York, he worked at BMF Sydney as an Art Director/Copywriter for clients such as ALDI, Beef & Livestock, P&O, BPAY and Commonwealth Bank.

Alice Child, senior brand manager: Child is a senior brand manager working on the Google team. Child joins the team from adam&eveDDB London where she worked for more than three years across a range of clients including: John Lewis Christmas, Waitrose & Partners, Volkswagen and Great Western Railway.

Molly Mohr, brand manager: Mohr comes to 72andSunny Sydney by way of Los Angeles, where she worked fo the past three years across multiple brands including: Sonos, the LA2028 Olympic Bid, Starbucks and Uber. Most recently Mohr has been working on Optus in the Sydney office.
