Outdoor media provider, Adshel, has appointed Charlotte Valente (pictured) as the company’s new head of marketing.

Prior to marketing, Valente headed up the company’s strategic integration.

Valente will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of all marketing activities including brand, product, research and insights as well as client strategy and communication, with a renewed focus on campaign effectiveness and customer insight.

In addition, Adshel has also promoted Sarah Hughes into the role of product marketing manager with two further manager positions across trade marketing and strategy to be recruited in the coming weeks.

We already hold a reputation for delivering thought leadership to the market and these appointments are sure to see that intensify.

“Their appointments are part of Adshel’s ongoing commitment to keep the customer and the audience at the core of their product offering to clients.”

Adshel’s previous marketing director, Nicole McInnes, moved to Pandora Internet Radio in late last year.

The new structure is the latest change in a strategic transformation that has seen Adshel expand beyond its traditional street furniture portfolio to include a number of market-leading digital and data products.

The appointments are effective immediately.
