Automaton integrates finance software with admation – its agency management and workflow solution to enhance productivity for ad agencies.
Automaton is always evolving admation, its agency project management and approval workflow software, to enable ad agencies to better manage their creative projects and resources.
The business recently completed phase one of its integration with Mediaocean’s Spectra – a finance software favoured by the advertising industry.
A push by agencies seeking productivity gains instigated the initiative.
A collaboration between automaton and Mediaocean has seen the project deliver a secure, cross-functional service for agencies.
What does the integration mean for agencies?
- Now users can link a creative project in admation with finance data in Spectra.
- Resource costs in Spectra can also be linked with correlating tasks in admation.
- Time logged in admation can be transferred to Mediaocean’s timesheets.
- Admation’s resource management tool and Mediaocean’s Estimates can be reconciled.
Clemenger Group has been using the upgraded system and deriving the benefits.
The integration eliminates users having to enter data across two standalone systems providing greater time efficiencies and less errors.
Ad agencies also have more visibility over the cost of their jobs and resources, so they can plan budgets for future work more accurately.
