Access Scoops Two Good Co Food Account

Growing Sydney-based social enterprise, Two Good Co has appointed Access to manage publicity for its expanding food service.

Two Good Co is a buy-one, give-one food company that serves organic, wholesome meals that are good for you and good for the community. Each Two Good Salad or Two Good Soup sold allows Two Good Co to give the same meal to someone in a domestic violence shelter or soup kitchen in Sydney.

“The innovative team at Two Good Co are making a real difference in their own backyard and beyond by working with the local community and some of Australia’s best chefs to provide nourishment and comfort to people going through difficult times,” said Access CEO Andrea Kerekes.

Launched in June 2015, Two Good Co operates from St. Canice Kitchen at Rushcutters Bay to serve nourishing meals to people in need and employs women from the domestic violence shelters it serves to assist with meal preparation.

Two Good Co was developed by the team behind Inside Out Organic Soup Kitchen, Australia’s first organic soup kitchen, and launched because of the desire to expand weekly meal services into daily services, aiming to supply 1000 meals each week in Sydney.

Supporting chefs and food personalities include Neil Perry, Martin Benn, Peter Gilmore, Kylie Kwong, Greg Doyle, Mitch Orr, Jonathan Barthelmess and Sarah Wilson.

In October, Two Good Co, Founder, Rob Caslick was named winner of The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2016 Food for Good Award.

The appointment bolsters Access’ stable of food and entertainment experience, which includes publicity for The Star’s prestigious signature dining portfolio in Sydney, as well as having managed national publicity for four years across Fairfax Media’s Good Food, The Sydney Morning Herald NSW Food and Wine Festival and The Sydney Morning Herald Growers’ Market.
